Refund policy
1. Eligibility for Return:
a. All products are eligible for return only if they are unopened and in their original packaging. The packaging seal must remain intact and the product should not have been used in any capacity.
b. Any items that have been opened or used are not eligible for returns unless the item is faulty or damaged upon receipt (must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of product/s).
2. Health & Safety Standards:
a. Due to the intimate nature of the Allinad Health Set Products, which come into physical contact with the body and skin, we uphold strict sanitary standards for the well-being of our customers.
b. Opened or used products can pose potential health and safety risks due to contamination. As such, for the safety and hygiene of all our customers, these products cannot be restocked or resold.
3. Warranty:
a. All products are backed by a 2-year warranty, ensuring they are free from defects and uphold the highest quality standards.
4. Exceptions for Faulty or Damaged Products:
a. If a product is found to be faulty or damaged upon delivery, please contact our customer service team immediately. We are committed to ensuring that every customer receives a product that is of the highest quality and free from defects.
b. Faulty or damaged products will be eligible for return, exchange, or refund as per the discretion of our customer service team. Proof of defect or damage, such as photographs, might be required.
5. Initiating a Return:
a. For eligible returns, please contact our customer service team with your order number, product details, and the reason for return. They will guide you through the return process.
b. All shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. In the case of faulty or damaged items, shipping costs will be covered by Allinad International.
6. Refunds:
a. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned item.
b. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
